While still in high school, he developed a love for rock music. Despite his poor singing ability, he chose to get into the music industry in a different way through promotion.

Michael Tell’s Relationship With Patty Duke

Michael was a lesser-known person until he got married to Patty Duke in 1970. The marriage, however, only lasted a few weeks before coming to an end. He was married to Patty from June 26 to July 9 of the year 1970. Their marriage lasted for just 13 days.

Michael and Patty met for the first time at a restaurant, where Michael asked her out on a date. After the first meeting, the duo dated for more than two years before exchanging their wedding vows. The circumstances of their marriage, though, were anything but typical. Patty Duke was expecting when they were married.

The identity of the child’s father was a subject of speculation. Some thought it could be Desi Arnaz Jr., with whom Patty had a relationship before her marriage to Michael or John Astin, whom she would later marry.

At the time when Sean was conceived, the actress had a relationship with other men as well which created confusion on who exactly was Sean’s biological father. Later when Patty Duke married John Astin, he legally accepted Sean as his child and gave his surname to him. When he was 14, Patty confessed to Sean that his father is not John but her former boyfriend Desi Arnaz Jr. Since then, Junior Astin pursued Desi and the two worked on their relationship.

Later in his mid-20s, Sean suddenly came to know that he and Michael are related which created further confusion. So, amidst the confusion, Sean decided to go for a paternity test and the result showed Michael as his biological father.
